90 pounds lost photo
 

Last night was an impromptu photo op. Thought it would be good to show my progress as I haven't done a photo in a few months.

Here is my at 255 just before I started this journey (though I had recently just lost 10 pounds and was happy my size 20 jeans were loose):

Thank you all sooooo much. Yesterday was the icing on the cake for me. My teenage boy who never expresses his feelings unless prompted said, out of the blue, "Mom you look really good now!" I was in my gardening clothes - all dirty and sweaty - not dolled up and 'cute'.

I figure if he said that and felt strongly enough to say it, then it must be true! It's finally sinking in that I'm NOT tubby any more!

Too bad I wasted my 20s and 30s and the beginning of my 40s being fat, but I can capture the rest of my 'youth' with being fit and healthy and at an appropriate weight! Best present to myself, my husband and to my kids.

Your face definitely looks thinner, you look really great! And red really suits you.. well done Melissa :)
