This must sound wierd to some but finally I'm in the overweight catagory instead of the obese one!! Next stop......normal!!

I remembered when I got to the point (a while ago last diet) when I proudly could say "I'm overweight!"...no one got it then either ;)

I had a doc's appointment today and have been stewing over the word "obese" on my chart and also on my receipt. :mad:

On a bright note the doc's scales showed a good amount of weight loss within the past 3 weeks. :D

Congrats!! That's a great milestone!! Still got a while to go there but will be so thrilled to be overweight. LOL
I don't pay much attention at all to BMI, but I was pretty excited today to realize that I am in the 30's and not 40's anymore for BMI numbers.
Gotta celebrate every victory!
