One NSV and one definite SCALE victory!

    First of all, I am down 50 lbs as of this morning!!!!

    Last weekend, the company I work for participated in a 5 k walk for charity. It wasn't competitive or anything, but it was challenging as it was very wet out and involved hills and lots of mud. Anyway, although being the biggest co-worker, I was the only one not winded and was dubbed "the speedwalker" because they couldn't keep up with me. Felt great, and while everyone else complained, I enjoyed the walk and taking in the beautiful scenery!
