My lost 50lbs may be seen in the company of its missing accomplices:

7" from my hips
10" from my waist
3" from my bust*

If you see any of the aforementioned suspects, please DO NOT APPROACH. They are Armed (with fat cells) and Dangerous (to your health). Do not attempt to turn them in, as they remain on the UnWanted list.


*actually, if you see the missing 3" from my bust, gimme a call. I might be interested in rehabilitating it. ;)

What actions should I take if I come in contact?

RUN (or other cardio) away from this horrid fat and water weight! Alternately, throw lentils and spinach at it until it melts in horror ala the wicked witch of the west. :)
