First mini goal - 10lbs gone !!!
I was artificially 252lbs the night that weight startled me into movement 23 days ago. I actually wasn't that much, it was 7lbs of bloating from TOM. My real start weight was 245.8 and today I woke up and the scale said 235.8 ! I weigh daily, multiple times a day, and this is my first time seeing 235. I felt so great when that number popped up!!
I've been calorie counting and exercising nearly everyday. Resistance bands, hand weights, and using my own body weight - lunges, squats, bycicle legs, leg lifts. Along with walking for an hour or jogging on my trampoline for 20-30 minutes. its so encouraging to see my efforts paying off. :D Just need to do it 6.5 more times to meet my first end goal ! |
