2 goals
well, I thought I was needing like .5lbs to get down my first 10lbs.....looked back and nope, I have met that as of this AM!!!!WOOHOOO!!!!! hopefully this is just the beginning.
#2 is.......I had my walk yesterday........I completed 5K walk in 47:48!!!!WOOHOOO!!! I was happy, now I know I can do it and hope to keep it up this week. In Feb, I could only do like 10 min of walking, and then moved it up......I am so happy......I had never really thought of having a goal for walking, but decided to......just excited!!! oh, the music really helps:D |
