Sticking to my health program

  • I've been pretty proud of myself lately because I have been sticking to my diet and exercise program. I have lessened my intake of sugar, white flour, and fats. I have been doing yoga everynight, and I am starting to attend a zumba class once a week. I still haven't reached my goal weight, but I am feeling good about myself.

  • me, too... I am so excited!!! I started on the first of the year and I have stuck to it... I am counting calories using Myfitnesspal.com and it is the first time that I have ever been so confident that I can continue to my goal weight.... !!!!!!
