This morning was W9D3 of C25K! I completed 5k in 46:24 - walked for ~5 mins at the beginning and end, and ran ~35 mins (2.5 miles) in the middle. This was my 3rd C25K attempt and this was the first time I made it past week 3. Week 5 was TOUGH but it was all downhill after I finished week 6.
I still am in shock!!
