my maintenance weight at christmas was 11 st 5-8 (the shame) but now, it's gone down to 11st 1- 3 ! (or at least, it was the last I checked haha)
Just thought I'd share, I'm feeling very positive, I can do this!
Starting to fit back into size 12s too
