Week 1: Success!

  • Today was my first week of weighing in with Weight Watchers and I feel amazing! I lost 5.6 lbs in one week by just following the points system set in place by Weight Watchers!

    I feel my mini goal slowly getting closer!

  • Thanks Ladies! I really would recommend WW to anyone wanting to lose weight. I am one of the pickiest eaters and I am always satisfied with my meals and I really feel more energized! (Hope it lasts!)

    Also, for more motivation, check out Tumblr. Someone else posted that on here and its been a great website to stay logged into and do a quick click to get a little more motivation! My handle is bt2155 if you need a few to start you off!
