I am 159- 161 and i can put myself in size 12 pants. My goal is size 10. I think it will take about 4 months for me to be there.
I have brought a top medium size made in China, but it is tight for me. But wallmart Gorge size 8-10 fits me well. My goal for top is 8-10 comfortable fitting.
