Mini Goals for Future Mini Me! 66 lbs. by October
So just wanted to have a place to monitor my progress as I go. As I achieve each one, I'll write the day I made the goal and post pictures along the way.
Start date 1/18/12 "A year from now you'll be glad you started today." 2012 GOALS Goodbye 200s: ACHIEVED (Feb. 1) Goodbye 190s: ACHIEVED (Mar. 7) ¼ of weight lost (189.5lbs.): ACHIEVED (Mar. 7) 10% of body weight lost (185.4): ACHIEVED (Mar. 28) Goodbye 180s: ACHIEVED (April 18) Overweight BMI (179): ACHIEVED (April 18) 30 lbs. lost (176): ACHIEVED (March 11, 2013) HALFWAY (173): ACHIEVED (March 11, 2013) Goodbye 170s: ACHIEVED (April 29, 2013) 20% of body weight lost (164): ACHIEVED (April 29, 2013) Goodbye 160s:ACHIEVED (July 18, 2013) ¾ of weight lost (156.5):ACHIEVED (July 18, 2013) Goodbye 150s: 30% of body weight lost (144): Normal BMI (149): 140: GOAL!! Evaluate where I am. Enjoy the moment! Starting Measurements/ Etc.: Chest: 44.5 in. Right Upper Arm: 14.5 in. Waist (1" below bellybutton): 45.25 in. 38in. (March 11, 2013) Hips (at hipbone): 44.5in. Right Thigh: 25.5 in. Body Fat %: 40.0 Jean Size: 17-18 Shirt Size: XL BMI: 33.2 Obese (This was a shocker to find out. It really upset me. Obesity = a BMI of 30 or greater.) Mile Time: 19 minutes 11:07(March 2012) Current Measurements: (8/25/13) Chest: 37in (down 7.5in.) Right Upper Arm: 12in (down 2.5) Waist (1" below bellybutton): 36in. (down 9.25in.) Hips (at hipbone): 36.5 (down 8in.) Right Thigh: 24 (down 1.5) Body Fat %: 29.7 (down 10.3%) Jean Size: 12-13 (down 5 sizes) Shirt Size: M BMI: 24.9 (normal!) Mile Time: |
