Default Dear 361 lbs goal, prepare to be blasted tomorrow

As of my Monday workout, I'm sitting at 353 lbs and I'm rather confident that tomorrow I'll reach my initial goal of 361 lbs. I've already set a new goal - 422 lbs. If these goals may seem a little specific, don't look at me, look at the people who designed the entry classifications for raw powerlifting. I'm not a powerlifter, but it's nice to have something to work towards and since my workouts are centered on "The Big 3", these seemed like good goals.

I don't expect to make progress on the squat tomorrow, but the bench press is looking pretty solid and the deadlift is definitely going to increase by 11 lbs, more than enough to reach my goal.

Heh, yes, I was being a little sneaky. Today's workout didn't go as well as I had hoped, but that's hardly surprising considering the complete wreckage that were my leg muscles. Still.. 374 pounds. No progress on the squat, but had great progress on the bench press and moderate progress on the deadlift. I also need to do some serious work on my back muscles, probably time to learn that Pendlay row.

Current bodyweight is somewhere in the region of 123 pounds, will get a fat percentage measurement on Monday.
