I do not know why I am so excited about this, but I am. I'm closer to the 150s than the 170s and I'm so thrilled!!!!

If you don't mind sharing, what calories levels were you eating, exercise frequency and any cheat days?! Also, how long did it take? |
Congratulations !

Now he's feeling better and his body is feeling better, too. I started cutting back on junk/sugar as I was fearful my son who is now 11 months would learn to eat bad foods from me. I get exercise when I can, but with an 11 month old it is not easy. I ride a bicycle when possible and when the weather is good. I walk a lot. I do occasional allow myself to have a treat, I'm down to maybe once per week. I believe my slow weight loss will mean I will have an easier time keeping it off.. Also, I lost 50lbs with Weight Watchers in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Weight Watchers. It is entirely possible I'm quasi using WW in my head to lose weight on my own, I just don't keep track. I pay attention to hunger and when I feel satisfied (I stop eating then.) |
Congrats!
