Default lose 10 more pounds is my first mini goal
hi everyone , i am new to this site and trying to learn how to use it . my main goal is to get to 160 . so far i have lost 10 pounds but i am curently not working so i am going to bust my butt off to loose this weight as quickly as possible. i was going through the process to get gastric bypass but this year long process ive gone through is gonna take another six months if i can loose 50 or close to 50 pounds in this six months i will change my mind and not do surgery . i am going to do everything i can to make this happen .

You can do it! Keep doing the right thing and you'll reach your goals! I find that drinking lots of tea helps a lot, because it makes you not feel hungry. Good luck and don't forget to let us know about your progress.
