Small non scale victory!
 

Proud of myself today! Went out to eat with Hubby and Mother-in-law (at a fat filled truck stop restaurant, MIL is over the road truck driver) and though the chicken fried steak with country gravy and mashed potatoes was literally screaming my name, I chose the grilled chicken breast..I did sub out the rice for french fries, but only ate 5! And had a large green salad from the salad bar as my side =]

On a side note, was definitely sad to see how overweight some of the drivers were...My MIL is a big lady, and has gained about 40lbs being over the road in the past year. Made me incredibly grateful for my large fridge that can hold all my healthy choices, and being able to cook homemade meals...It cant be easy!

Gah thats great :) Resisting some of our favorite foods is extreamly difficult...amazing job

I said no to a chocolate glazed donut that someone left on my desk yesterday afternoon at work! Will power can feel so amazing, keep going and good for you!
