NSV 100 days and a Surprise!
 

So today is officially 100 days on plan for me! I feel so great for sticking with this cause it's the longest I've ever stayed on plan with absolutely no cheating ever!!! :carrot: Obsessing over days OP has made me not care as much about the scale which has been a huge help. My next goal is to make it to March staying on plan! Wish me luck!

Also I was in shock this morning because noticed I was running down the stairs when I woke up. At my heaviest my feet hurt so bad in the morning before I got going that I had to take the stairs at a snails pace. When did this happen... I was so surprised but I love it!!!

What a wonderful NSV! I love it when you have those moments when you notice you can do things you haven't been able to do before because you were too heavy: Paint your toes, cross your legs, sit more comfortably in a movie theater seat, etc... And running down stairs without pain shows you are not only getting healther but stronger to boot. Wooo hooo!
