My first Mini-Goal: NO LONGER OBESE!

I'm so excited. I've tried to lose weight heaps of times in the last few years. Was successful a few times just to give up and gain it back with interest. This time definitely feels different. And I'm losing much easier than I had in the past. Maybe I am more committed.

I'm super excited cuz my husband has been gone. He comes home on Friday and he hasn't seen me since the start of this journey. I've lost 16lbs and he is going to freak!! :D

How wonderful! And it's especially thrilling when you know you are going to be seeing someone who hasn't seen you in a while and to see the expression on their face. Priceless!

I just got back from the gym and had a wonderful workout. Even if my son did decide he had to go potty . . . again . . . 5 min into my treadmill time. He's almost 3 and such a PUNK sometimes! lol
