I have lost 30 pounds so far with Shaun T's Insanity and clean eating!! SO so SO happy! Only 15 more pounds before my goal weight!!

Great work, Melissa!!! I wish I could see your pictures, but I'm just getting those darn red Xs. Is there a way you can fix them?

huge difference in your shape and tone of your body - GREAT JOB! I have had the insanity dvds on my hard drive for a while but have been scared to do them and just keep doing regular gym work - you have motivated me to do them!!

Also we're about same height, same weight, and same amount of pounds to lose! Good luck!
