Mini goal....to lose a stone for halloween.
 

I have set myself a mini goal of losing a stone by halloween, I have already loast two pounds in two days so im pretty pleased. Another 12 pounds to go. I know the first week you lose alot of water weight and my friend who did this diet a while ago lost 10 pounds in the first week, so if I can lose anywhere near that in the a week I will be so pleased :D it would mean losing only a few pounds the next again week to reach my mini goal.

Anyone else got a mini goal??

14 pounds in 2 weeks? Doesn't sound healthy.

Im on a diet where you lose a **** of alot of weight very quickly but in a safe way as your still getting your daily needs but from a very very low calorie diet, the first week is water weight and the second week is the rest of the water/start of fat burning.Plus im exercising.so will lose even faster.Lost two pounds in two days :D x
