I do calorie counting, mostly sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet, and walk usually 5x a week. I keep a calorie journal which is very helpful for me, and keeps me accountable. As well as using this website which I love. I'm currently in a Halloween challenge & monthly challenge, and talking to all you great people is a big help. Love having a support team
