Default I did an HOUR on the stairmaster!!

I tried this devil machine a few months ago and was so out of shape, I couldn't do it. I did about 5 minutes and jumped off of it feeling an impending heart attack...

So, I've been doing the elliptical pretty well for the past few months and haven't felt exhausted from it in a week, despite changing up the resistance. So, tonight I decided to try that stairmaster again.

Not only did I not feeling like I was going to have a heart attack, I was able to do it on level 7 and 8 for a whole HOUR! I wanted to quit at 40 minutes, but pushed past that well. My toes were slightly numb when I was done and I sweat WAY more than I have in a long time, but I DID IT!
