25lbs GONE

Im finally out of the 220's!!!! Got on the scale this morning and it said 219.
That makes 25lbs gone FOREVER. It's hard to imagine I was carrying around the weight of my daughter on me all the time when you pick her up and she seems SO heavy lol. 25lbs down and 1/4 of the way there! another 75lbs sure does seem dooable :carrot: |

Awesome job!! Isn't it crazy when you pick up something that weighs the same thing as the weight you lost and it seems SO heavy?? No wonder we were so tired all the time!!

Congratulations! The pictures are a great way to keep track visually of your progress.
I was carrying a 25lb box of kitty litter yesterday and thought the same thing you did about your daughter -- how did I carry this extra weight on me?! |
