I know 12stone (168 lbs) is still quite big, but its a mini goal i had in mind of looking "ok".

So ive got 2 stone left to do. with a goal time scale of next march (so ive dieted for 1 year) which im goingto stick too. Id like to lose those 2 stone /28 lbs before xmas if i can, then work on maintence practise until march....so i "know" what i can /cannot eat to maintain before march!

Id still like to go another dress size too, currently a UK 14.
