Half way to Goal - pics!!!

In Progress: 200 lbs
Height: 5'3



For fun I took an "In-Progress" photo yesterday. The reason I did it is because NO ONE (except my mom, but that's what mom's are for) have commented on my weight loss. I was beginning to think I had lost invisible fat or something. I mean the scale and measuring tape say I have shrunk, but clearly it's not visible to the naked eye or else at least ONE of my coworkers (who are all doctors and therefore should be cognizant of changes in the human body) would have said something. So I took a pic. I do think (thankfully!) there is some change after 65 pounds down. It's motivation to keep going.

Obviously, I am still obese in my in-progress photo (the one with the pink shirt). I am not anywhere near my final goal, but at least there is some improvement. As you can see (especially from my before pic) my tummy is my trouble zone. I am working my poor abs like crazy, trynna flatten all that fluff down. In time, I suppose, in time!!!

Holy guacamole! You look transformed! I think people just don't feel comfortable with the subject....or maybe if they see you every day, it's less of a wow, but really, you look ahhhhmazing!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!

Yeah, there's TOTAL change!!! Congrats you look great!! People that see you every day are just less aware. I teach high school... kids that I've had previous years are SHOCKED when they see me now. Kids I had all year long were SHOCKED when I told how much I'd lost. That said, your transformation is definitely noticable and it's sad that no one in a medical profession would say anything. So, we'll tell you here! You are totally rocking it! Definitely can tell! :D

Haha, you DON'T have to say which one is the 'now' picture - it's a pretty obvious difference, even if your clueless coworkers haven't said anything! You look great!

They may just be afraid of saying anything in case they offend your or something. Nobody could fail to notice that change. You look great!
