27 lbs down but not set a goal

  • hi all,
    its week 9 and am another 2lbs down

    my weight is 203lbs

    am losing and just going with the flow but dont know what a gud goal weight to go for

    am 5'4
    26 yrs old
    i have one child

    or shall i not set a goal and once am happy with my shape and size to stop losing and maintaining
  • I think that you should keep doing whatever works for you!! Having a weight to work towards is a good way to work towards something but at the same time continuing to lose and work towards a smaller, fit body is just as rewarding!!!
    Congrats on the weight loss though! You're almost in the 100's!
    Body calculator says you should be around 154 for your height and age but I never trust those things, your body type, bone mass, all of that should be weighed in too!
