Finally broke through the plateau!

  • For the past few months I've been struggling to get below 69kg(150pouds-ish) - always wavering between 69-70kg. I found these all at 5kg marker - 90kg, 85kg, 80kg, 75gk, and now 70kg. But the good news is that there's only one after this! 65kg, till my goal at 60kg (130ishpounds?)!

    I really ramped up my exercise at the gym. At least 10 hours of classes.
    4 BodyPump session -weights/resistance
    6 cardio/aerobic - combination of BodyStep, BodyAttack, BodyCombat and RMP.

    I would do at least TWO sessions a day, with two rest days. Sometimes I even did more.

    Today I checked my weight, since last fortnight:
    Today I am 67.8kg! 7.8kg (17 pounds) left to lose!
    My Body fat is also down from 25.5% to 24.8%. My goal is to be healthily between 15% and 20% bodyfat. And I hope to have reached goal by the end of the year!

    EDIT: My BMI is also now in the 22's! 22.4!!! WOOOOOOOO!
