I'm on Weight Watchers and had been given 32 points to work with. Well, I tracked my weight today and they changed it, I am now only getting 31 points. I'm taking that as a NSV, that I'm "small" enough to warrant fewer calories. I'm losing SUPER SLOW (like, maybe 1/2 lb a week) so I'm taking encouragement where I can get it! ;)
