Yes, PBmama, You are sooooo right. I had HUGE portions too, LOL. When I first started, I wasn't able to just have a bite or two of something I reaaaalllly wanted, but can do it easily now. I think that's a greater accomplishment than the weight loss, actually! (congrats on your loss too, btw!)
It's amazing how strong our minds are when we want them to be. I am though cautiously optimistic and trying to stay on track. I think the key is just to KNOW that there will be failure days, but the most important thing is to get right back up the next day, and act like the failure day never happened.
I think once we all realize this and can do it, we can complete our journeys!!
