im new here today. i've been reading all of your wonderful progressive/motivational stories, and advice, and it looked like the perfect place for support !
my highest weight was last may at 215 lbs. i now weigh roughly 125, but am not quite to my goal. i have attached a picture, in the hopes that a veteran on here can help me find the best way to kill my thunder thighs, and reach my goal. any and all suggestions/criticisms are more than welcome ! keep up the good work everyone ;]
