I've just restarted my fitness journey and got it going on a high note. I was tipping the scale at 262 pounds and decided to get serious. I set a goal to be down to 255 within ten days and, with strict diet along with plenty of exercise, I managed to drop all the way down to 250!
My next short-term, mini-goal is to keep on and dump another 20 pounds by end of month, AND reach a point where I'm able to truly hang with one full hour of solid exercise every day!
