NSV: Comfort
 

I realized this morning that I have reached a weight where I am physically comfortable in my clothes! My pants are not digging into my waist, leaving a swollen red ring around my middle. I was able to wear a bra today that was painfully uncomfortable just a few weeks ago. My scrubs felt roomy instead of me feeling stuffed in them. In fact, I barely even thought about my clothing or underwear all day because nothing was bothering me!!!

It is a small victory, because this is my existing wardrobe...I am quite a ways away from needing to buy more clothes. But, hey, I feel good, and that is priceless! :carrot:

Wow thats great!! I know what you mean about the scrubs! I feel stuffed into my tops! haha! Congrats on your weight loss so far!
