I am so proud of myself. I kicked my soda habit....which was HUGE! Several 20ozs a day PLUS filling my big 52oz mug dubbed "bladder buster" at 711 with soda. That was such a bad daily habit! LOL Also I havent had any candy or fast food all week. Put together with eating more healthy choices. I havent stepped up the exercise yet as I have been working 12 hour shifts. However I have started to try and be more active at work by walking more and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. At least till my legs are jello!
