Met my first mini-goal!
I keep kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I am not the serial dieter type... I have mostly spent my whole life eating whatever I wanted and not exercising. My next mini-goal is 234: what I weighed in at when I joined a gym to get ready for my wedding in 1999. (I didn't lose any weight. I went for probably a month. It didn't click until this Feb that what I put into my mouth had way more effect on weight loss than exercising.) |
