
down from 300lbs to 274.5 as of today! i started march 15th... so 7.5 weeks, or 3.4lbs per week, approximately (i'm sure the high average is due to the huge losses of water weight the first week or so).
i know you're not supposed to lose faster than 2lbs per week. but i've kept my calories in a range recommended to lose that amount (1600-1800/day) while exercising 3-4x per week. i'm pretty sure it's leveled off now.however! i'm really hoping i can push the issue a little bit and get 2.3lbs a week over the next two weeks... so i can be at 269.9 for my wedding. below 270. 10% of my starting weight lost. 30lbs gone. SO HOPING... *fingers crossed*
