I didn't clear my plate
 

This is HUGE for me! We had catered lunch today at work, and I had planned out everything I was going to eat ahead of time (got the menu from the restaurant website), entered it in my calorie app, etc. Partway through I started feeling full (!!!) - I never feel full until a good 5-10 mins after I'm done with my meal.

But the crazy part is that I went and put the rest in the trash! :carrot:
