My goal for tomorrow

  • My goal for tomorrow is to not eat more than 1 piece of the the remaining Easter candy that's at work. Crossing my fingers and telling myself, just try it you can do it!

  • I've been trying not to eat my Easter candy either!!! I succeeded at only eating 2 small pieces of chocolate yesterday.

    Today my goal is to do a killer workout. I planned my meals in advance so hopefully I only eat the food listed in my planner!

    I just logged all of my measurements. Since my scale is a little bit unpredictable, hopefully I can keep better track of my "weight loss" by taking tallies every month.
