i went upstairs to weigh myself this morning..really thinking i must have gained a pound or two...i thought seeing that i had gained would motivate me to start working harder on this............but i lost 4lbs
also...i noticed yesterday while doing my workout it seemed to not be as hard as the first few times ...it was still challenging, but it felt more comfortable working out
YAY ! it's working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
