Dear Doctor gave me a chance to lower my cholesterol before putting me on meds. When I started it was 232, yesterday went in to see the new results and it was 137!!! WOOOT no meds for me!! She is a very reserved Thai doctor and when she saw the numbers she said, OMG What did you do???, these numbers are great!!"

Good job! That's awesome. I've had high cholesterol since I was 7 or 8 years old. I'm really hoping that with all the weight I've lost mine will be lower.
