Rarr - I have done it so far by calorie counting... 1200-1600 cals a day. It works for me :)

I am doing calorie counting, too, and I hope I do half as well as you. In the past I have tried every diet imaginable, but the only times I have lost serious weight have been from counting calories and exercising.

Congratulations.. this is such an inspiration to me..to see how far you have come..to see that people who are like me (obese) can actually lose weight and be the size they want to be...I never thought it was possible for myself..but seeing someone your size..just like me..BIG and TALL and then losing all that weight..its amazing..and your right..Ppl dont seem to notice how heavy we really are because of how tall we are..but i know they notice im not fit or thin...Thank you for the inspiration and motivation to keep on truckin! I want to be the next success story.
