I have updated the pictures...

1st picture is from July 2010...wonderful...yuck yuck yuck size 18

2nd picture is from April 2011....size 8 dress

started IP on September 13th down 72 pounds around 15-18 more to go.

Wow darbs! Congrats! I can't wait to do pics like this in the future with myself. I have a LONG way to go but seeing things like this keeps me pumped up that this works and never give up!

Can I ask though...did you have to do alot of exercise...that's ALOT of weight loss in very little time? Anyhoot...:congrat:

Congratulations Darb, you look fantastic! We have lost similar amounts and being able to see how great it looks on someone else helps me gain perspctive on my own loss.

I did not do any exercise...I was doing the diet "Ideal Protein" which does not allow exercise.

For my last 25-30....I have started exercising (about 3 weeks now) and eating more along the lines of a modified Atkins.

You look absolutely amazing! Well done! It is really inspiring for me. I am a size 18 and sometimes it feels like reaching my ideal weight is never gonna happen or it feels like years away! But reading about success stories on here shows it can be done and is very motivating :)
