Hurray! I am super excited to be able to report that after a couple weeks of struggling with this strange concept of "jogging", today I was finally able to complete Week 1 Day 1 of the official Couch to 5k running program and I felt FANTASTIC afterwards.
In addition, I have also lost over 25 pounds since starting my current efforts in October; over 10% of my starting weight, and 25% of the way to my final goal.
Now on to making it through week 1 of C25K... and week 2... and week 3....
