30 pounds gone, finally!
My starting weight was post baby #2 in May. I lost about 10 pounds, then kind of fell off the wagon, and stopped trying to lose weight. I gained back about 5 pounds, and finally around Thanksgiving, I pulled my head out of the sand and have been steadily losing ever since. I just started commiting to exercising a few days ago. (I had done a few workouts here and there, but nothing that I did routinely.)
Today I'm down 30 pounds from my start weight. :carrot:
