I lost the first 10 pounds by calorie counting and exercise. The other 30 pounds were lost by eating less than 5 grams of fat per meal and less than 20 grams of fat PER DAY. I was waiting for my gallbladder to get taken out and anything more than 20 grams of fat would leave me with a gallbladder attack (worse than unmedicated childbirth!!). And walking. The next 30ish pounds I'm goign to lose by making healthy choices and staying active.
