Although I've lost 80 in total (and actually, I have 1 more lb of vacation weight to re-lose, I wanted to share this pic)... I've lost 65lbs since the beginning of my true weight loss journey/healthy lifestyle change.

What to say that hasn't been said before?

Come so far... so much farther to go.

This journey has taught me so very very much about myself... my body, my mind, EVERYTHING.

There were so many things I didn't know about eating right, about taking care of myself..... so many things we take for granted and just blame our weight and health problems on "genetics". Yeah right.

I'm not all the way there yet... but I can honestly say I feel happier than I probably ever have. People I went to high school now comment on my Facebook and tell me I look great... I look better than I did in high school!

Holy guacamole! You look fantastic! :) Congrats to you!!!! Can I ask you which diet/exercise plan you chose? Also, how did you figure out the mental aspect of this journey? I'm still struggling. Sometimes I think I got it and then, I sabotage my efforts and feel like my own worst enemy! Thanks for posting your amazing transformation. You really look beautiful!
