NSV - Running
So I started the C25K program in August. There's been some stop and starts with work, holidays, and illness. But this week I started week 3. Today I ran a total of 9 minutes. NINE! I know it doesn't seem like much, but when I was just starting, I though the one minute intervals would kill me. Now I'm up to nine, and I'm pretty proud of myself. Just wanted to share!!!:carrot:

Congrats on running 9 minutes!!:carrot: I've often wanted to be runner but thought my knees couldn't take it at this weight.

Congratulations! I think after I have lost more weight I may start that back up it seems like such a great system I am just that out of shape.
