Talking Finally onedom
It was a big day for me I finally made it to onederland. I'm still so amazed because I have weighed over 200 for so long. I just can't go to sleep tonight because I am so happy and excited that I made this mini goal. I still have a long road in front of me but this really motivates me to keep working towards my goal.
I really want to write my husband a sweet love note through all of this...he has eaten baked fish, chicken, salads, and steamed vegtables for months now. (He is a normal weight and always has been). But he has not complained one single time. He eats his grilled meats and veggies rooting me on. I really need to reward the guy with some steak and fried potatoes don't I? Why did I say that? Now I want me some steak and fried potatoes
