Something to be thankful for.
 

I know I posted the "before" picture just a while ago, but today I was able to take an "exactly one year later" photo, in the same spot, in the same outfit.

This is 62 pounds and one year later. I thought I'd share.

My goal is by next Thanksgiving to be even healthier and lighter.

Thanks! I got a sewing machine and I'm going to start altering the skirt and shirt as I lose more and more weight and do more frequent progress pictures in that outfit and spot. I'm so excited!

Thank you for the wonderful compliments. You all are so sweet. I feel really discouraged lately for some reason. I still feel very large and I still think I look huge. I don't know what weight I have to get to in order to feel better about myself.

Thank you! I haven't been on in a while. Finals are coming up. I'm super stressed. Still at 278, but I joined a gym so that has been going great. I'm super sore and I love the burn!

Me too! That was a test picture to see how much of the room was in the frame. We were going to take a family picture. I had no idea my brother was going to keep the picture but I am glad he did! The change is crazy.
