Bye bye 50 lbs
 

Well, today I stepped on the scale and I was officially 50 lbs down. A year ago, I never would have thought I'd be able to get this far. Honestly, I always hoped, but don't think I ever actually believed that I could step on a scale and see 170 lbs, never mind 146 lbs.

Molldoll, I got them from My Virtual Model (www.mvm.com/cs/). When I was bigger, I created a model of what I looked like and what I wanted to look like and then I made an image out of them in Photoshop. It's really good motivation when you try on clothes and see what you could look like if you were a few pounds lighter :)
I heard that they are creating a virtual weight loss simulator version which would be nice. It's kind of a pain to keep going back and reducing the weight on my virtual model manually ;)

I'm in the same boat as you were. Well I started off at 195 lbs. I'm now at 177 and my goal is the same as yours - around 145..It feels so good though, to see the scale readings go down every time you step on that scale.
