Inching my way to success!!
So for some reason today I decided to take another round of measurements for my Fitday. Not really sure why, I don't regularily track these things but I thought it would be a good idea today. Apparently I took my first measurements (and my only) exactly 2 months ago today! Funny, huh? So I had a little comparison session, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results!
Grand total of: 12 inches all over!! :carrot:
2 inches off waist, 2 inches off hips (whoa, what???), 1.25 off of neck, and some other smaller ones (plus a supposed 3.5 inches off my boobs, but I am also wearing a sports bra...will keep posted on that one...).
I couldn't be happier right now! In case I wasn't sure or feeling like the exercise was helping, but I KNOW it is. And I'm also starting to see slightly more definition in my calves, which I LOVE!!! :carrot:
It's a good way to start the weekend, I think ;)
